Return Process

Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
3.
Ship to London Lash
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our UK distribution center; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
4.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for resale quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
